Heart Health Check

This involves gathering information about lifestyle, medical history, family history, and measuring blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels. The goal is to identify risk factors and provide advice on managing or modifying them to reduce the risk of developing heart disease. Heart Health Checks are recommended at least once every 2 years for both men and women aged 45 years and over, or 30 years and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
